Visited this establishment after being turned away 30 minutes before closing time by a certain jewelry store. Certainly pricey, but my 8-year-old is ecstatic. Her ears look fantastic, the earrings are hypoallergenic and sparkle beautifully, the piercer was skilled and patient. After the first piercing, my daughter was anxious and pushed the piercer away. It seemed like she may have displayed a slight attitude, but it could have been in jest. Overall, it was a positive experience.
Accompanied my child for her second earlobe piercings. She was anxious, but the staff were incredibly patient. They waited until I helped her calm down and did not show any annoyance or rudeness.
Always kind and incredibly helpful. Visited today for our complimentary earnings, encountered a bit of confusion, but MacKenzie and Ashley ensured we departed with them, brightening my children's day! More individuals like them are needed in customer service.
