If I could award no stars, I would. Scheduled a 1 pm appointment on a Thursday, arrived 10 minutes early, and was told to wait but ended up sitting there for over 45 minutes with no further communication. I won't return. Beatrix is an exceptional "hairdresser" as we have affectionately called our stylist for years. Had to make a change when my longtime stylist retired due to Covid. I have yet to encounter a salon in this city where I didn't have to meticulously explain every detail until I brought my children here. Although I appreciated the service at the salon, I was disappointed with the outcome of my hair. The color, teal, I requested ended up showing blonde in some areas, and the dye stained my face and ears badly.
