Took my child for a haircut, bringing my other young kid to observe. Unpleasant experience due to stylist, Dawn's attitude. Lacking manners: 1. No pleasantries at sign-in. 2. Asked us to sit, claiming we were in her way. 3. Disallowed video, rudely. 4. Admonished a spinning child.
