My spouse visited there for a hair coloring appointment. They dissuaded her from her initial choice even before she entered the establishment. Then, during the selection process, they opted for a darker hue than she desired. This left her very upset, expressing her dissatisfaction with the color. Their response was merely, "we did the best we could." They proceeded to offer numerous excuses for not prioritizing her preferences. When did the customer's wishes become secondary in the decision-making process? The customer should always be the top priority, considering they are investing their hard-earned money at the salon. One would expect a service-oriented business to prioritize customer satisfaction over convenience. This is a common issue with small independent establishments. They believe they can treat customers however they please, expecting gratitude for allowing them to spend money there. I recommend avoiding this salon unless you are indifferent to your appearance upon leaving. Be aware that they prioritize their own interests and do not prioritize customer satisfaction. They have achieved their goal of obtaining your money, and that is their sole concern.
