The top in Englewood! I see Taylor every 2 weeks and they’re the top! They’re speedy, kind, and most importantly they do an outstanding job! They have created the finest designs I've ever seen! Everyone is so welcoming and skilled!
I've been a patron for 6 years and they almost always do an exquisite job, and the proprietors are so wonderful. Unfortunately, today I went in for a pedicure and didn’t have the best experience. This was my second session with this individual and they did a great job on my toes, but during the massages, they kept rubbing the same spot repeatedly, which was a bit uncomfortable but not intolerable. Since I opted for the highest grade pedicure, the massage was longer than usual. The polish turned out great and they accommodated my new tattoo. They were very pleasant, but they didn't remove the calluses from my feet and ended up rubbing my foot raw by focusing on the same area over and over to the point of blistering. About an hour later, when I noticed a blister had formed, the lady just apologized and mentioned she would inform Jenny (the owner). I haven't received any follow-up, and I'm a bit disappointed in how it was handled. I gave 4 stars because I believe they do excellent nails, which is why I've been a loyal customer for so long. However, I now have a negative impression, and if this had been one of my initial visits, it would have been a 1-star review based on how I felt dismissed with my concern.
This establishment is fantastic. I have been going regularly for months for various services. They are the ONLY salon among many that are extremely chatty and friendly! Moreover, the quality is truly remarkable, as they are the only ones that last for me. They even didn't charge for fixing two popped nails! I adore all of them dearly.
