ABSOLUTELY terrible experience with hairdresser Nicole. I provided her with 8 photos of my hair and a picture of the exact color I wanted, so she would have all the details needed. However, when I arrived, she was frantically searching for the red sample of one of her two color lines, couldn't locate it, and therefore couldn't offer me a choice of color from either brand. She then informed me that she didn't have any red shades close to the color I desired in EITHER of her two color lines!! I had waited over a week for this appointment, giving her ample time to prepare. In the end, she only cut my hair... the bangs are uneven by over an inch and still too long despite my request to keep them out of my eyes. They remain a mess. It was a complete waste of time and money. Feeling so uncomfortable, I told her not to bother finishing the blow-dry and left early. I have attached 2 photos, one of my hair curly and one slightly straightened, for you to see for yourself. These stylists work independently, so the fault lies with them and not the salon, making them less accountable than a traditional hair salon.

For three years now, Jamal has masterfully kept my brunette, shoulder-length bob ON POINT!
