I have no idea how this salon got my daughter's name and my contact number. We live miles away from Vermont and have never visited there before. I reached out to the Vermont branch to inquire about why they had our information. I was put on hold and no one came back to the line.
The haircut I got was really disappointing. It was so bad that I didn't even bother to complain. I just left and headed to Great Clips to get it fixed. Seems like this is a common occurrence at Fantastic Sam's. Lesson learned.
