I've never been to a proper hair salon before but the service here is extraordinary he'll remember your name... they wash your hair for every haircut it's included in the service. I was always told to wash your hair before a haircut it's always did it and then it dawned on me some people probably don't know about this... I feel sorry for other hair stylists and barbers... I have been there twice, but when I talk to Dave, well he must be a master conversationalist after 42 years of service. My hair looks great. He puts a gel on it. My partner and I visited last Friday, and it was the most appalling service we've ever encountered! The staff were disrespectful, laughing, and pressuring me to spend my partner's money. Despite clearly stating my preferences, they became irate when I declined additional services. To make matters worse, one of them roughly handled my toe without any justification. We've been loyal customers for several years, but after this experience, we will never return!!!!! I'd rather drive two hours to my previous salon in Kansas City than set foot in this place again.
