I have been exploring different hair salons in search of the perfect one, and I thought Deca would be my go-to spot. However, I was disappointed with the simple cut I received that did not meet my expectations. I opted for a service that included treatment, a cut, and a blowout, and paid a deposit online which was supposed to reflect my remaining balance. To my surprise, I was charged extra because the haircut was not included in the option I chose. I paid the additional fee to avoid any back and forth, but upon checking the website again, I saw that the haircut was indeed supposed to be included. I messaged the technician to show them the discrepancy, but received no response or apology. It seems that they do not honor the prices listed online, and I ended up paying $85 for a simple trim.
I had an excellent experience at this salon. I opted for the Himalayan Salt massage with Erica, and it was truly wonderful. The location is charming, trendy, and clean, situated in the heart of downtown Emmaus. Erica is a fascinating, dedicated, and knowledgeable professional, and I look forward to visiting her business regularly. The prices are reasonable, and I encourage everyone to check out their website and support this fantastic women-owned establishment. Yay! 😁
Angela excels at lash extensions and hair services, while Maci does a fantastic job with lash lifts. The salon provides a cozy and clean atmosphere with engaging conversations. What more could one ask for? Thanks to Angela, even my daughter now enjoys going to the salon to get her hair done.
