I had a fantastic time at the beauty lounge and spa with Destiny! We had a thorough consultation where she addressed all my concerns and queries. The appointment was very inviting and cozy. The atmosphere and overall vibe were superb. I have been exploring different hair salons in search of the perfect one, and I thought Deca would be my go-to spot. However, I was disappointed with the simple cut I received that did not meet my expectations. I opted for a service that included treatment, a cut, and a blowout, and paid a deposit online which was supposed to reflect my remaining balance. To my surprise, I was charged extra because the haircut was not included in the option I chose. I paid the additional fee to avoid any back and forth, but upon checking the website again, I saw that the haircut was indeed supposed to be included. I messaged the technician to show them the discrepancy, but received no response or apology.
