To my surprise, I was charged extra because the haircut was not included in the option I chose. I paid the additional fee to avoid any back and forth, but upon checking the website again, I saw that the haircut was indeed supposed to be included. I messaged the technician to show them the discrepancy, but received no response or apology. It seems that they do not honor the prices listed online, and I ended up paying $85 for a simple trim.
