Scheduled an appointment but had to cancel within 5 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances. Jacqueline, who answered the phone, insisted on charging me. While I understand company policies, it's unreasonable to charge a customer who promptly called back to cancel. I will not patronize this establishment again and will actively share my negative experience with others.
