My initial visit to Salon Centric and this particular location was a delightful experience as I had been a patron of another beauty supply store for over 15 years. I must express my utmost satisfaction with an individual named Paige, who I believe may be the manager? If not, she certainly deserves the position because of her incredibly helpful nature! Encountering individuals like Paige (I wish there were more like her) who are kind, friendly, and genuinely wonderful is a rare pleasure. Despite having just met her, it felt like we had known each other for ages! Paige possesses a unique ability to make one feel at ease and provided detailed explanations of numerous products that piqued my interest but required her expertise. I am grateful to have had Paige's guidance in selecting the products I needed!
I adore this shop and the dedicated employees who have been here for so long are truly exceptional. It's crucial to do everything possible to retain them! I've noticed a significant number of individuals leaving recently. The store is consistently tidy and the staff members are always exceptionally friendly.
