The staff is incredibly accommodating and the facilities are spotless, offering a vast array of hues to choose from. However, the application of acrylic was overly thick, the sides of the nails were not fully painted, and the bases of the nails were not shaped uniformly. It seems like I caught the technician on an off day as I know many others who have been satisfied with their services here.
I am thoroughly unimpressed with the quality of service at this salon. This is the first time I've encountered such LETHARGIC STAFF at a salon! During my pedicure, they neglected to inquire about my preferences. HALFWAY INTO the pedicure, I had to instruct them on what I wanted. Moreover, they failed to offer me the choice between a 10-minute massage or callus removal. It seemed like they were just unwilling to provide the massage.
I'm new to Oregon. I've visited several nail salons in my area of Portland. Unfortunately, I've been dissatisfied with all of them due to subpar products, rushed and messy work. Luckily, my hairdresser recommended Diva Nail & Spa. I decided to give them a try for my wedding in July. It was a gamble that paid off. I've been a loyal customer ever since. Big shoutout to Fiona. She's my preferred technician, but the work of the other ladies is equally stunning.
