Lost Sparrow is incredible! Riley and Jordan are fantastic. They are both exceptional artists. Riley has completed the majority of my tattoos. I always feel anxious before getting tattoos because my first one was quite painful. I hesitated to get another one, but still desired it. Riley made me feel comfortable and helped me conquer my fear. They are also very passionate about cleanliness and tattoo aftercare. They provide a care guide, but also explain it thoroughly. They are very knowledgeable. They are very helpful with placement and I always feel like I am in good hands. I trust they will always assist me in determining the best placement for me and offer their honest opinion. It really eases my nerves about having something on my body permanently lol

The staff is incredibly accommodating and the facilities are spotless, offering a vast array of hues to choose from. However, the application of acrylic was overly thick, the sides of the nails were not fully painted, and the bases of the nails were not shaped uniformly. My initial visit to the Cactus in Dix Hills was through a Groupon purchase last year... since then, I've returned twice to see Heather. She is phenomenal... delightful to converse with and highly skilled. No other salon has been able to replicate and maintain this beloved color for me! Just left and absolutely adore how she matched my roots and executed the haircut exactly as I requested. The entire staff here is fantastic... they are incredibly kind and attentive to my service dog as well! We've finally found our forever hair sanctuary. I'll definitely explore their myriad other services in the future. My initial visit to Salon Centric and this particular location was a delightful experience as I had been a patron of another beauty supply store for over 15 years. I must express my utmost satisfaction with an individual named Paige, who I believe may be the manager? If not, she certainly deserves the position because of her incredibly helpful nature! Encountering individuals like Paige (I wish there were more like her) who are kind, friendly, and genuinely wonderful is a rare pleasure. Despite having just met her, it felt like we had known each other for ages! Paige possesses a unique ability to make one feel at ease and provided detailed explanations of numerous products that piqued my interest but required her expertise. I absolutely adore visiting this salon! Evelyn gives the most incredible haircut and handles my color on a monthly basis. She always ensures that I am pleased with the outcome. She is also a fantastic conversationalist. I feel completely at ease at JCJ, which is an added bonus! Unlike many salons, it's not loud and chaotic.
