I informed the proprietor that I would remove my unfavorable evaluation, yet I am still deeply distressed. Despite receiving a partial refund (which should have been full given the extent of the damage), it does not negate the harm caused. I initially spent a substantial amount to bleach and maintain my blonde hair, only to be left with a result showcasing yellow and platinum tones as depicted in the image. The outcome was dreadful, and as I cannot continue bleaching, I had to resort to dyeing my hair black today to conceal the mess they created.
