After a few days, one of my nails broke off following a full set appointment. When I went back to have it fixed, I was still charged for the repair. Additionally, after getting a color change, the polish started chipping off the same day. I returned (this time not charged), but within a week, the polish on my other nails started chipping too. This has never happened to me before, and it's surprising since I don't engage in heavy hand labor. Perhaps a different technician would have provided a better experience.

A woman who claimed to be the owner, Alex, reeked of alcohol and harassed me about parking in “her” lot at 11am in the morning. I guess she needed a strong drink to muster up the audacity to harass me.
