A woman who claimed to be the owner, Alex, reeked of alcohol and harassed me about parking in “her” lot at 11am in the morning. I have been visiting Taylor for 4 years now and she consistently delivers excellent results. When I first came to her, my hair was damaged by a previous stylist, but with her patience and expertise, I was able to restore my hair to a healthy state. I adore my bob haircut and have been rocking it for a few years now, and she always nails it every time I visit for a touch-up. I highly recommend Taylor for your natural hair. After a few days, one of my nails broke off following a full set appointment. When I went back to have it fixed, I was still charged for the repair. Additionally, after getting a color change, the polish started chipping off the same day. I returned (this time not charged), but within a week, the polish on my other nails started chipping too. This has never happened to me before, and it's surprising since I don't engage in heavy hand labor.
