I arrived without an appointment on a busy Saturday morning and surprisingly didn't have to wait. However, my experience was highly disappointing. I left with two bleeding toes, the rest of my nails looked unkempt and they continue to ache hours later. I would have preferred to wait for a skilled technician.
If there was a way to rate it zero, I definitely would. I requested a simple 3D design of a few lines, and the nail technician assured me she could do it. She seemed confident, but when she finished, the lines were crooked and misplaced. After two unsuccessful attempts, she became frustrated and abruptly gave up, claiming she was busy and had other priorities rudely. She remained seated at her station without any other customers and was on her phone the entire time, giving me disapproving looks. The bottom line is, if you're unable to execute a design, communicate that to the customer so they can make alternate arrangements.
Based on the feedback, I was hesitant to visit this place. I feared the staff would be aggressive and disrespectful towards the customers. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, and both Taylor and Alex put in great effort to achieve the perfect nail shape and design for me. Everyone was extremely courteous.
