I have had multiple instances where I tried to pick up prescriptions from this pharmacy. Despite calling ahead to confirm availability and being given a specific time for pick-up, upon arrival, I am consistently told to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes. The lack of efficiency and courtesy in communication is concerning.
