Dr. Woo is a caring, empathetic, and benevolent individual. She guided me through difficult times and challenging health issues. When I felt despondent, she aided in my recovery and brought brightness into my life. Thank you for your support and compassion, Dr. Woo. I am truly grateful for all you have done for me!
I attempted to schedule an appointment, and upon inquiring about the treatment, the individual who responded began shouting and became agitated. I requested him to calm down and cease shouting. He shifted blame onto me, stating the doctor only treats cheerful individuals, yet he exhibits passive-aggressive behavior and faults others for his errors and lack of attentiveness. Why does this individual display such behavior, and why does the doctor retain him? I called to arrange an appointment, not to endure mistreatment.
