I have visited other stores like the one in Roosevelt Field where the service was exceptional. The service here was quite brusque and slightly unfriendly. Although I did purchase a lipstick, I opted not to buy the turquoise fragrance and eyeshadow I had tried on.
The customer service at this establishment is severely lacking. While there were customers waiting to be served at the register, two employees were busy applying makeup in front of the mirror, completely ignoring their duties. One female employee even walked away when I approached the register, despite making eye contact with me. Another staff member standing nearby only helped me when I had to ask for assistance. With four employees present and only one other customer in the store, this experience was disappointing. I rarely shop in physical stores anymore and after this encounter, I will stick to online shopping at Mac.
I phoned this Mac store seeking information and had the pleasure of speaking with a manager named Maria. It was a delightful experience conversing with her as she was incredibly helpful, patient, and answered all my queries. Maria's exceptional customer service has left a lasting positive impression on me. Thank you for employing such wonderful staff, Maria! ♥️
