I have shopped at this store before with no issues, but just yesterday when I went to look for a new nail brush, everything seemed fine at first. I was asked if I needed help, which was nice. However, a man, who I believe was the owner, approached me and inquired about what I was looking for. Despite my polite declines, he continued to question me and eventually stated that I couldn't purchase the brushes because they were intended only for professionals and licensed nail technicians. If this is the policy, it would be helpful to have a sign indicating such restrictions for the general public. I am frustrated as this is the only nail supply store close to me, and now I have to search for another one.
This store is a fantastic place to shop for nail supplies. It is very well-maintained and organized. I spent around $150 here. The gentleman working there was friendly and helpful. However, when I asked the lady if I could use the restroom, she declined. I had mentioned that I had traveled quite a distance to get there. I had driven an hour just to shop at this specific location, but my experience was dampened by the fact that I was denied access to the restroom. I had to quickly grab what I needed as I was in urgent need to use the facilities. I couldn't spend as much time browsing as I had wanted to. I definitely had intentions of purchasing more items. I understand the importance of Covid-19 restrictions, but I suggest updating the restroom policy to be customer-only. I hope you take this feedback into consideration.
I decided to visit this store because it was conveniently located near me, and I didn't want to travel far. I must say, the store exceeded my expectations! I didn't feel like I was being followed, and I had the store all to myself, which was wonderful. I ended up spending $550 here and I plan on returning for more items. The shopping experience was delightful, and the lady at the checkout counter was incredibly kind. When my bag broke from the weight of my purchases, they promptly replaced it and assisted me. The variety of colors and brands available was impressive!
