I received a gel pedicure on April 27th, and to my disappointment, it chipped off after just four days. Paying $35-$40 for a manicure that doesn't last is simply unacceptable. I feel like I was scammed and will not be returning to this salon.
It had been quite a while since I last enjoyed a top-notch pedicure and manicure. This salon in downtown Elmhurst is a hidden gem - serene and not overly crowded. The quality of their products is truly top-notch. I am delighted to say they have gained a loyal customer in me. Thank you! ❤️ 😊
I had a truly unpleasant experience at this establishment. My child had booked appointments for both of us, it was their second visit and my first. Initially, the technician attending to my child did not follow her color preference and refused to do the design she requested. Eventually, my child requested a different technician who had served her well before. Meanwhile, a different technician attended to me and when I showed her the design I wanted, she became visibly angry and refused to accommodate my request, leaving me feeling embarrassed and unattended to. The technician who took care of my child did a commendable job, but the behavior of the other staff members was unacceptable.
