I recently visited The Cut Above for a complete shave and grooming session with Alex (A-L), and it was a fantastic experience! I had let my thick beard grow out to its natural state, so I knew it would be a lengthy appointment. Alex made me feel at ease and welcomed right from the beginning. She was incredibly friendly and engaging, which made the time fly by. She kept me informed throughout the entire process - updating me on pricing and post-care - which I found very helpful.
