Absolutely adore Lucy and the entire team at this establishment! It's the sole place I trust for my nail care needs, and I always recommend them to others!
In November 2019, my mother brought me to Nora Nails and Spa, and ever since that visit, I haven't gone anywhere else! We enjoy visiting Lucy, who excels in manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. The salon is immaculate and tranquil, and I appreciate the convenience of being able to schedule appointments via text with Lucy, who always manages to accommodate me promptly. Lucy and her family are incredibly kind and personable - they genuinely prioritize their clients' well-being!
I entered the salon for the first time and was directed to a seat at the nail station by the attendant. Before getting my nails done, I wanted to use the restroom to wash my hands. As I emerged, she informed me she was too occupied to do my nails. This was a new experience for me; I could have waited, but she declined to serve me. On my way out, I noticed the salon's uncleanliness - dead bugs on the window sills and floor, quite unpleasant. Everything happens for a reason, and I'm glad I decided to leave.
