I really had high hopes for this place with all the good reviews, but ti say I’m highly disappointed is an understatement. The young girl was very nice but I hate to say didn’t do a very good job. My nails look like they were painted by a 5yr old for starters, she barley filed them and did not do a good job of getting the roughy parts on my heels, or bottoms and sides of my feet. I asked in the very beginning if she could please cut my ingrown toenails because they hurt and she said yes. She never did and when I asked again at the end before she painted my nails she asked another worker to do it because she wasn’t good at it. He didn’t do anything at all, and told me they don’t do that I need to go to a Dr. I have gotten my nails done for years and never once has anyone said they were bad enough to go to a Dr. Had they of just said that from the beginning I wouldn’t of even got a pedicure done there. Now after paying $70 my feet are no better than when I came and the paint on my toes is bumpy and ugly looking. I get a pedicure every 2 weeks and this is not a good one. I wanted to try a new place that was closer to my home, but I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! I wish I didn’t even pay for this! The picture is hard to tell, but my polish is very bumpy and ugly! I’m beyond disappointed! If you look close you can tell she didn’t even use a buffer after she filed them before she paint. Now I have to find another place to repaint them.
The place is very welcoming. We called and they took us right away. My partner and I got the champagne and rose 🌹 pedicure. The massage was fantastic. They did everything from scrub, mask, hot stone massage, hot towels, paraffin dip and color. I messed mine up and they fixed it! They were so kind and to top it all off they did a shoulder massage at the end! The salon was extremely clean and sanitised. They used brand new barbecided tools and equipment. The hot towels felt so nice. Definitely check them out!
I had my nails done for the first time at this place with a nail tech named Ava. She did great in replicating the Pinterest nails I found! Very happy with the overall experience, as well as her attention to detail and flexibility in trying different styles.
