I'm a medic and the job is taxing on my frame so this spot does the job. Just had a fantastic experience with Rachel at Rachel's salon. She was attentive, had a great sense of humor, and made you feel very welcome. As someone who has had many haircuts in the military with people who did not necessarily care about what they were doing, Rachel's professionalism was truly a breath of fresh air. I could not recommend her and her salon any stronger. A wonderful discovery! The salon was spacious, spotless, and serene. Alex was completely focused on his work and did an outstanding job. Additionally, he provided a fantastic leg and hand massage. Unlike other salons, they had a wide selection of regular polish, which is becoming rare. I would definitely return! While I have not visited since my last evaluation, perusing the other reviews reveals a dire need for the proprietors of this salon to undergo reassessment. It is truly disheartening to witness patrons endure the ignorance emanating from this unclean salon while parting with their hard-earned money. Additionally, in my previous critique, I neglected to mention that during my mother's inaugural visit for a nail treatment after a prolonged hiatus, she discovered mold under her acrylic nails. Subsequently, when she sought assistance from another salon to rectify the issue, they advised that she should have received a refund and more. I unequivocally do not recommend this establishment! However, I am well-acquainted with two EXCEPTIONAL SALONS — Luxury Nails and Spa in Glen Burnie and Nails Today in Odenton, Maryland. I urge you to explore these options! You will not be disappointed. ☺️About
