I simply cannot comprehend how this establishment has garnered over 4 stars. While I have not visited since my last evaluation, perusing the other reviews reveals a dire need for the proprietors of this salon to undergo reassessment. It is truly disheartening to witness patrons endure the ignorance emanating from this unclean salon while parting with their hard-earned money. Additionally, in my previous critique, I neglected to mention that during my mother's inaugural visit for a nail treatment after a prolonged hiatus, she discovered mold under her acrylic nails. Subsequently, when she sought assistance from another salon to rectify the issue, they advised that she should have received a refund and more. I unequivocally do not recommend this establishment! However, I am well-acquainted with two EXCEPTIONAL SALONS — Luxury Nails and Spa in Glen Burnie and Nails Today in Odenton, Maryland. I urge you to explore these options! You will not be disappointed. ☺️
I have not frequented this venue before, but the reception was warm and welcoming. A lady performed my overlay, while a gentleman executed the paint job. The service was satisfactory, but it did not leave a lasting impression on me. The cost of an overlay with gel polish is $50, which I found a bit steep. The application appeared slightly bulky, and the paint job was subpar. Nonetheless, it suffices for the present moment.
My experience was mediocre, at best. For a $55 pedicure, I anticipated a higher standard of service. Regrettably, the promised callus removal was not provided, and we were not offered any beverages during our visit. While the staff exhibited kindness, this establishment falls short of my expectations for a top-tier salon. Despite its cleanliness, it does not rank among my preferred destinations.
