Nail salons in Ellensburg

I merely reserve slots here as a last resort when all other options are unavailable, yet for the second time in the past year, the duo who owns this salon insisted that I did not schedule an appointment when I clearly did. They accused me of contacting the wrong salon before eventually acknowledging my appointment, but asserting that I had the time wrong by 30 minutes. It was evident that they had overbooked themselves as three of us waited to be attended to by only two nail technicians. Strangely, they waited until 20 minutes after I arrived and checked in to inform me that I did not have an appointment, coincidentally when two more individuals entered seeking pedicures. It seems that servicing two pedicures would bring in more profit than one, so I was disregarded. I must highlight that I arrived 15 minutes early based on the time I had noted when making the appointment. So, even if I had the time wrong, I would have been 15 minutes late, yet they kept me waiting for 20 minutes before disclosing this information? Their behavior was exceptionally impolite and unprofessional.

Every visit to Mariposa is consistently wonderful. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Ginger Longo for injections, Tiffany for laser hair removal or skin treatments, and Megan for wellness therapies.

Tory Coates is incredibly kind. She gave me a wonderful haircut, exactly as I wanted. It was my first visit, and I highly recommend them. The entire team is exceptionally friendly.
