Desert Sun Tanning Salons

I visited this tanning salon around a week ago for a spray tan. During the session, the booth malfunctioned and turned off halfway through. The staff then transferred me to another booth, but unfortunately, that one also seemed to be faulty as it only emitted air without any solution. It appears that issues with broken spray booths are a common occurrence here, as one is consistently out of order whenever I visit. When I sought a refund for the incomplete spray tan, the staff was nowhere to be found, leading me to leave without a resolution. Moreover, the cleanliness of the salon left much to be desired. The state of the bathroom was appalling, and every time I used the beds, there were noticeable streaks and the floors were so dirty that I had to keep my socks or shoes on.

The staff here is exceptional. I can always walk in and easily get a tanning bed without needing an appointment.

As a first-time visitor to a tanning salon, I was quite anxious about the process and the fear of ending up with an unnatural orange hue. However, the attendant was incredibly reassuring and guided me through the entire experience. She recommended a starting shade that she believed suited me best, and assured me that I could opt for a darker tone if desired. Her assistance was invaluable, and I am thrilled with the outcome. I will certainly continue to patronize this establishment, as the staff is truly outstanding. Thank you!
