I purchased a sweater for my spouse for Christmas that turned out to be too small. I made three phone calls, left messages each time, and sent one email in an attempt to exchange it, but received no response. I used to be a frequent customer of this establishment, but if they can't handle a simple sweater exchange, let alone a return, I will no longer be patronizing them. It appears they are now treating customers as poorly as everyone else.
