I posted these images earlier, only to find them removed mysteriously. Is this how a business is managed? I have escalated this matter to the headquarters. The owner has yet to reach out. Unacceptable treatment after my haircut.
This was my premier visit to great clips, urgently needed a trim! They not only met my needs swiftly, but also provided exceptional service to ensure a top-notch haircut. I would highly recommend them, even surpassing many barbershops I've been to. 10/10 experience!
I usually ask for Toni for my haircuts, she always does a fantastic job cutting my hair just the way I prefer. Today, she was at a different branch, so I went to Dominique. She was very pleasant, skilled, and attentive to my requests. I typically only trust Toni with my hair, but I was in urgent need of a trim. I would highly recommend either Toni or Dominique.
