My child and I entered and Spoke to Jimmy. The establishment was unkempt and gloomy. We were in need of a place for matching tattoos for my child's 18th birthday. He could accommodate us without issue. Left a deposit eagerly anticipating his design. A week passes with no communication. I reach out and he claims he's working on it that day and will send it over. Great. Another few days pass with no response. I message again. And no reply. I message again a few days later and still nothing. The day before our appointment, I message him to confirm and he says we're still on. He messages us on the morning of the appointment to reschedule an hour later. Fine. Then he messages me to say he's having vehicle issues, but working on it. At this point, I scramble to find another place to accommodate us. It's the day of my child's birthday. Thankfully, we found another place. He finally messaged me two hours after our appointment was supposed to start, apologizing and asking us to collect our deposit. When I went to retrieve the deposit, he didn't even have the full amount so I left with less than I had given him.
Highly suggest bringing your young ones here for ear piercing. Took my child in yesterday for their 8th birthday and it was a fantastic experience all around. Incredibly friendly staff and the individual who did the piercing was amazing. 10/10 recommend!
