I am absolutely enamored with this establishment! Kelsea is truly exceptional. After a hair mishap elsewhere, I stumbled upon her services and now, I cannot imagine entrusting my hair to anyone else. The compliments I receive on my hair speak volumes.

I detest sharing negative feedback, but I feel compelled to do so in the hope that others can avoid the same experience I had. I came across Emily's profile on social media while searching for a new hairstylist. Initially, a few of her recent photos caught my attention, although I should have conducted more thorough research instead of acting out of desperation. The appointment got off to a rocky start as she was overbooked due to a time zone oversight. Despite showing her inspiration photos featuring ashy blonde tones, I was left with a disastrous outcome - a combination of orange and grey blonde shades with a noticeable bleach spot at the front. Please refer to my photos for a visual representation. She only added five large chunks of blonde to my hair, snipped a couple of strips, and then swiftly concluded the session, charging me $300. Upon drying my hair, I immediately pointed out the unwanted orange and grey hues, to which she nonchalantly suggested using blue shampoo (which only exacerbated the issue, turning the ashy parts into a greyish-purple hue) and offered no effective solution. When I reached out to her on social media, she shifted the blame onto me, displaying a lack of professionalism. She insisted that I had requested warm tones, whereas what I received was a far cry from warm - it was a mix of orange and grey. Her response lacked empathy and was entirely disrespectful. Despite acknowledging the problem and offering to rectify the orange tones, she claimed it was impossible to unify the bleached sections into one color. I politely requested a refund due to her dismissive attitude during the appointment and subsequent blame-shifting. At that point, I had reached my limit. However, she adamantly refused to provide any form of reimbursement, not even a partial one. If you value the health and appearance of your hair, I strongly advise against booking an appointment with Emily.

Absolutely phenomenal!! Evonne inquired about my desired look for the day, and after a simple response, I was transformed! I have never received as many compliments as I have after this visit. Thank you, Evonne, for your outstanding work! ❤
