My preferred nail salon in Elk Grove! I've been getting my nails done by Michelle for years and she never fails to impress! Treating myself to their luxurious spa pedicure is always a delight. The salon is cozy with four nail tech stations and four pedicure chairs. It's advisable to book an appointment due to the limited space, but walk-ins are also welcomed. The charming ambiance of the salon adds to the overall experience. Highly recommended!
I've been frequenting this place for a year now. My nail technician, Jamie, always does a fantastic job with my acrylic nails and gel polish. Despite my hands being put to work, my nails rarely break. I visit every 3 weeks and my nails consistently look freshly done. I've been a loyal customer of Jamie's for years even before coming here.
The staff here is pleasant. However, I didn't feel like I got the full value for my pedicure. The technician didn't thoroughly exfoliate my feet to remove calluses, neglected my cuticles and toe areas. Nails were trimmed excessively short without consent. Although the nails look decent, the application seemed rushed. Some of the color didn't distribute evenly, and my cuticles were left unattended as well.
