I have never encountered such a positive, serene initial visit to a salon. I tend to feel anxious when trying out new hair salons and stylists, but I am thrilled that I gave Ntouch a chance. Taylor was exceptional and executed the exact cut and style I had in mind. The abundance of complimentary additional services took me by surprise, and I felt truly pampered and at ease throughout the entire experience. Being 6 months pregnant, Taylor made sure I was at ease and navigated the salon with care as I moved in and out of the chairs. The entire team exuded authenticity and professionalism, leaving me in awe. They provided me with a list of the products used, so I could purchase them for home use - and Taylor left a thoughtful note congratulating me on my pregnancy! I am eagerly looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you all so much!
