I have never encountered such a positive, serene initial visit to a salon. I tend to feel anxious when trying out new hair salons and stylists, but I am thrilled that I gave Ntouch a chance. Taylor was exceptional and executed the exact cut and style I had in mind. The abundance of complimentary additional services took me by surprise, and I felt truly pampered and at ease throughout the entire experience. Being 6 months pregnant, Taylor made sure I was at ease and navigated the salon with care as I moved in and out of the chairs. The entire team exuded authenticity and professionalism, leaving me in awe. They provided me with a list of the products used, so I could purchase them for home use - and Taylor left a thoughtful note congratulating me on my pregnancy! I managed to schedule an appointment with Alex at the last minute for a perm/trim and I’m so thankful for the experience! 1. I adore the outcome of my hair. But 2. Alex was an absolutely delightful person to converse with. She was warm and made my entire visit here wonderful. The establishment was quite empty, but had the delightful Danniella working today. My companion has a sensitive scalp and is very particular about getting her hair cut, but Danniella was incredibly kind and understanding. She asked numerous questions and shared engaging stories. We were unsure about what to do with the cut, but she provided us with some excellent suggestions.
