I have never encountered such a positive, serene initial visit to a salon. I tend to feel anxious when trying out new hair salons and stylists, but I am thrilled that I gave Ntouch a chance. Taylor was exceptional and executed the exact cut and style I had in mind. The abundance of complimentary additional services took me by surprise, and I felt truly pampered and at ease throughout the entire experience. Being 6 months pregnant, Taylor made sure I was at ease and navigated the salon with care as I moved in and out of the chairs. The entire team exuded authenticity and professionalism, leaving me in awe. They provided me with a list of the products used, so I could purchase them for home use - and Taylor left a thoughtful note congratulating me on my pregnancy! Tasha is truly skilled at what she does! The way she washed my hair felt absolutely amazing and my hair felt so much healthier.
