I came in for a gel manicure It seems like there have been some changes in the staff and management. All the individuals were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Natalia, if I remember correctly. She was incredibly thorough and meticulous in her work.
Alin really exceeded my expectations with the nail service she provided. I was beyond pleased with the dedication she showed, the precision she displayed, and her extensive knowledge in the field. I will definitely be a returning customer, as her work was truly exceptional.
My first visit here over the weekend was quite pleasant. Trish, the new proprietor, warmly welcomed me and promptly seated me (which is rare for a Sunday - it did get busier later on, so I recommend making an appointment). Liz provided me with an excellent pedicure - her meticulousness did not go unnoticed. She also performed a fantastic dip manicure with great attention to detail. Unfortunately, I had one nail break shortly after (my own fault), but I stopped by after work and Liz promptly fixed it after finishing up with another client. I am eager to see how well my nails hold up and am looking forward to my next appointment.
