It seems like there have been some changes in the staff and management. All the individuals were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Natalia, if I remember correctly. I had my daith ear piercing done at this studio in January. I diligently followed the aftercare instructions, but unfortunately, a bump developed. Seeking help, I visited another piercing studio where they informed me that my piercing was not done correctly, causing it to be unable to heal due to the uneven skin penetration. Furthermore, they pointed out that the jewelry provided was subpar - too thin, low quality, and sharp, resulting in it cutting into my ear.
