I requested a fill, which was supposed to cost $30. However, the technician gave me a pink fill instead of the clear one I asked for, and insisted it looked cute despite not being what I wanted. She then charged me $55. I believe she did this because she knew I was not a local, but I will not be returning. On the bright side, the music was enjoyable.
Absolutely terrible experience! If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would. I went in for a fill and was quoted $55, but upon arrival, the owner inquired if I was a local. When I said no, she assigned an older lady who was busy giving someone a shoulder massage to do my fill. Despite the age gap, I decided to give her a chance. It took her over 30 minutes just to remove my polish! Then she applied excessive amounts of acrylic on my nails, changing the shape from coffin to round. When I questioned this, she explained that she was building it up to file it down. I reluctantly agreed to trust the process, but it ended up taking an additional 1 1/2 hours. When it came to the design, I requested a snowflake, but what I got resembled a dog paw print. From there, it only got worse - my nails were thick, lumpy, and the polish started peeling off due to the multiple layers. She then added stones with a clear top coat, but they were falling off before I even left. By the time I reached my Uber, over 65% of the stones were missing. To top it off, the bill came to $150 for a fill, which is outrageous. I absolutely despise my nails; they are the worst set I've ever had in my 20 years of nail appointments. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was not a local, and they should be ashamed of themselves.
Such a delightful and professional experience, and my nails look absolutely stunning! Even though I accidentally damaged two nails the day after getting them done, they fixed them for me without any additional charge. This place is fantastic!
