I received a haircut earlier today and an individual named Sam completely ruined my hair. I requested LONG bangs with a trim, but they not only failed to deliver the desired cut, but also drastically shortened my bangs. They are so brief that they reach above my eyebrows, which is quite comical. I might as well have asked my 4-year-old to grab the scissors and start snipping because that's how it turned out. Although they did apologize and admitted "maybe they shouldn't have cut them that short," I believe they should have said "maybe I shouldn't be a stylist" MAJOR OOPS MOMENT! It appears they lack the necessary skills. If you value your hair, avoid this place.
The person in charge of the salon did an excellent job with my hair! They were very skilled and efficient. The establishment was tidy and had a pleasant ambiance. I highly recommend this place for your hairdressing and styling needs!
