Despite the challenge of locating the office within the building, my experience was excellent. Dr. Lin is incredibly kind. He ensured my comfort and provided detailed explanations. The room was exceptionally clean with a stunning, calming view. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend ANEW Laser in Newport Beach.
I underwent laser treatments with Dr. Lin multiple times, yielding mixed results. However, during my last visit, the receptionist conducted the laser treatment. She encountered difficulties starting the machine, catching me off guard as no one had informed me of the change. I didn't even see the doctor. I am uncertain of her qualifications to operate the machine. I requested a call back from the doctor for an explanation, but never received one. Consequently, I have decided not to return.
Upon meeting the physician, you immediately feel warmly welcomed and in capable hands. He is highly attentive to the patient's needs and desires. His work is exceptional; I had Sculptra done three years ago and recently returned for more, once again impressed and already considering another visit! His technique is flawless, coupled with genuine care for his patients.
