I have visited twice and the nail work done by the lady was excellent. My teenage child always asks for specific designs and they always turn out beautifully. During my last visit, I was made to wait for over 35 minutes while soaking my feet, without any explanation or check-ins. I am unsure of the circumstances, but I will not be returning as the service was disappointing.
After a scheduled appointment and a 30-minute wait at a neighboring nail salon, we stumbled upon this place (JJ's Nail Salon) and we are thrilled that we did! The Gel manicure and gel full set were both AMAZING. Tammy did the nail art which I adore!!! Tyn handled my gel full set and he did a fantastic job!!! I will definitely be returning!!!
Shortly after getting my pedicure, my right big toe became infected! I was made to sit in the chairs for an hour while multiple workers chatted amongst themselves. This was a new salon for me, as I wanted a quick pedicure before school started, but now every step I take is painful due to my toe. I should have read the reviews beforehand, as I now see that many others have also experienced infections post-pedicure, likely due to the lack of tool sanitization.
