I visited this establishment for the first time today with my cousin. I am inherently indecisive and was uncertain about which powder color would best complement my nail bed. Initially struggling with the powder selection, I overanalyzed and opted for one that didn't suit me. Upon realizing my mistake as any indecisive person would, I promptly returned, and the manager Cindy warmly welcomed me while rectifying my nails. She applied a stunning pearl chrome, tidied my cuticles, generously added cuticle oil, and waived the additional charges. She genuinely prioritizes her clients' satisfaction with their nails. The hairdresser was genuinely lovely and very easy to converse with, but I prefer slightly longer hairstyles and the cut I received was nothing like the picture I showed her. I may consider giving this place another opportunity, but I am quite disappointed with my hair post-cut.
