This salon is absolutely fantastic! I discovered it through Google and decided to try it out for a haircut and hair coloring. Tan, the stylist, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite having had countless haircuts in the past, this one stands out as my favorite. The pricing was also quite reasonable. I am thrilled with my new hair look and will definitely be returning.
I had an amazing experience at this salon! I visited for a cut and color, and Tan went above and beyond my expectations. It was my first time getting my hair dyed, and she made me feel at ease while delivering exactly the color I desired. Tan was not only skilled but also a delightful conversationalist, ensuring my comfort throughout. The pricing for the services was more than fair, and I am already planning my next visit.
My experience at this salon was highly unprofessional, and I have no intention of ever returning or recommending it to others. As a new customer, I visited on a Sunday when my regular nail salon was closed. I opted for a full set of French tip acrylics with gel and a pedicure. Throughout the service, the manicurist continuously boasted about the salon's supposed superiority over others due to its cleanliness, professionalism, and affordability. While cleanliness was indeed notable, the overall experience, staff attitude, and professionalism were severely lacking. The acrylics were applied too thinly, leading to immediate chipping, with seven out of ten nails damaged within three days. Additionally, I was charged extra for gel polish after only one coat was applied. When I questioned this, as I was accustomed to multiple coats for durability and shine, I faced further frustration. The single coat of gel began flaking and chipping like regular polish. Upon returning to the salon within a week with my receipt, I was met with denial from the staff, claiming I had not received the service there despite their alleged 24 years in business. After a lengthy argument, I was offered a repair for a fee, with the blame shifted to me for the chipping. Despite another customer witnessing the poor state of my nails, the salon refused to take responsibility due to their long establishment. I declined any further service as I had lost trust in their abilities and customer care. This salon's practices and lack of customer satisfaction are unacceptable, and I strongly advise against patronizing it.
