I was impressed with how well they managed to wash and straighten my naturally thick 4c hair! Student Dana, Instructor Taylor, and another instructor did a fantastic job with my hair. It was washed, blow-dried, and flat-ironed to perfection. I've never had my hair straightened and still maintained so much volume! I absolutely adore it and hope it stays this way for a long time.

Last year, my experience was top-notch. Today's visit left me with doubts. The shampoo costs $10, which is acceptable. However, the $20 charge to dry my hair seemed excessive. Perhaps this is why some new, aspiring stylists come across as unreasonable. They are still learning the ropes in school.
