The top spot for any service they provide. They are tidy, professional, and friendly. I have been a loyal customer for years and I wouldn't consider switching!
I am extremely frustrated with the proprietor of this "establishment". The online site for bookings is inaccessible, so my good friend referred me to contact them via Facebook. When I messaged them to schedule an appointment, I was instructed to text a number the following morning. Upon texting the mobile number the next day, I was quoted a price for facials three hours later. Subsequently, I requested a weekend appointment date. However, I did not receive a response that day. After three days of attempting to reach someone, I called the website number in hopes of easily booking an appointment. To my dismay, a grumpy man informed me that I had dialed the wrong number. But isn't that number listed directly on Google? My final effort was to call the mobile number that I had been texting for three days. To my surprise, the mobile mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message. Finally, two minutes later, I received a response that did not address my original request. Why is it so challenging to secure an appointment and communicate professionally and promptly with a potential new client? As anticipated, I did not receive a weekend appointment. As a native of the Tampa Bay area, I CANNOT and WILL NOT recommend this unprofessional establishment to anyone, given their disrespectful and tardy service. No one should have to wait five days for a response. It is disheartening, especially when the establishment comes highly recommended. Bellissimo Spa accommodated me on the same day over the phone, and I am looking forward to their professional and exceptional services. Perhaps you can learn a thing or two from them.
I adore visiting Rosyn. She has perfected all my permanent makeup. My morning routine is much quicker with the natural look she provides. My nails are always flawless!
