The facility is consistently clean, and the team is consistently friendly and helpful. I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my Microdermabrasion treatment with Mavy Palacio. The individual at the front desk informed me of 12:30 pm, but I ended up waiting for over an hour, and even then, they mentioned it would take more time. Moreover, he seemed more interested in upfront payment before rendering services. Very poor customer service etiquette. I will not be returning again.
