Accompanied my spouse for a nail appointment, only to find the nails falling off within a week. The adhesive used failed to bond with her natural nails, leading to a regrettable experience. On July 2, 2022, I visited this place for the first time based on reviews. I requested an overlay with a design, but they applied a tip due to a broken nail. I'm giving them 1 star because I wasn't informed that the nail technician was new; a neighboring customer had to tell me. My nails are sharp and uneven, with no buffing done. The design is passable, but I paid $79 for this, while the person next to me got a more intricate design on each nail for around $50. I should have asked for the price beforehand, but $79 is exorbitant. The technician seemed unsure of how much to charge me. I don't mind paying for quality service, but my experience was awful.
